About Joanne
I have taught yoga for over 15 years to a variety of levels of experience, and practised for over 25 years, including a yoga teaching stint in California! The weekly classes are Hatha style, I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and do annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
Over recent years I've studied yoga for mental health and yoga for digestive health. I'm qualified in Restorative Yoga and have trained in yoga for scoliosis. This year my focus is a continued focus on yoga for sports, and yoga for menopause. I've been a cover teacher at a local gym, taught for the local college adult education and community education classes, taught yoga for runners workshops, and for the MIND charity.
Students benefit from stretching, strengthening and relaxing. We have a mix of women and men or all ages in the class, including some keen cyclists and runners, office workers, and people with busy lives.

12.45pm - 1pm: Nutrition chat, eat lunch, and unwind with me!
