I designed this easy-to-follow programme for those of you that feel in a rut despite your best efforts. You’ve probably experimented with things already to improve. But your midsection isn’t reflecting all your effort and you think it’s holding you back.


This tailored group programme will take you through 3 key topics to gain back control and break through those belly barriers. Join us for the online programme with a weekly live session where you can ask questions, get motivation and put my advice into practice.

This great guide contains health questionnaires to help you get clear on where you are starting from and what you want to get out of your programme. The journal section has space so you can keep track of what you’re eating and how you’re feeling.

  • 3 live webinars: What might be causing the belly?

Joanne will deliver 3 webinars where there will be time for questions and the conversation can be carried over to the Facebook group.  Topics will be (i) Sugar and the belly, & kick off meeting (ii) Beat the bloat, digestion and the belly, and (iii) Stress and the belly.  Webinars will be at 8pm on Monday 24th June, 1st July and 8th July.


  • 3 Beat the Belly mini yoga sessions (recorded)

Short sessions, maximum 15 minutes focused on self care, relaxation and belly care
NOTE: Before doing yoga you need to check with a healthcare practitioner, if you have any injuries or health conditions. If you are new to yoga then you are recommended to take a yoga class with a teacher who can advise you.


  • Beat the Belly Progress Tracker

A simple tracker you can print, stick on the fridge and tick off your progress.  Will you achieve a 21 day, 14 day or 7 day streak?

  • Regular support

Support from Joanne who is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, yoga teacher and coach. This will be in a private Facebook group created for this programme.  I’ll be there daily with information and advice so that you can get the best from the challenge.  I’m here to help!

As a nutritional therapist, yoga teacher and coach specialising in health and sport,  I offer a unique blend of scientific knowledge and practical experience. This allows me to support both metabolic health issues (such as belly fat, diabetes risk, and cholesterol concerns) and digestive health issues (examples include bloating, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and reflux), which often contribute to the uncomfortable belly feeling that many runners and fitness enthusiasts experience.

I have worked as a nutritional therapist for over 10 years and a yoga teacher for 15 years. I've worked with 1-1 clients, corporate clients (including Heathrow, IKEA, Microsoft, Nuffield Health and Bracknell & Wokingham college), people in gyms and in the community. 

In my experience, I've encountered many individuals who exercise regularly and want to lose belly fat, or who appear fit but struggle with belly issues. This 21-day program is designed to help you identify some of the underlying causes, start to address them and develop healthy habits for the future.

I've successfully run group programmes before, including the popular Ravenous Athletes Reboot, and Rebalance for perimenopausal women and I'm looking forward to meeting you at this one which combines many of my passions in one place!
