Workshops and Talks
I worked for global businesses for over 14 years at Mars, BMW/Land Rover/Ford and Dunlop. I have the experience of receiving lunch and learn sessions, employee engagement surveys and many initiatives at work. As a line manager developing my team, I understood the HR and line manager needs when the engagement survey results were delivered.
Previous clients (Talks, workshops, lunch and learn and consultations)
Microsoft, BG, MFS, RSSL, Remeha, Vodafone, Nuffield Health, BMW, Rolls Royce, Lloyds Register, RBS, Bracknell & Wokingham college, CorPerformance, Specsavers, Bracknell Forest Runners, Burnham Joggers, Snails Pace running club, MIND groups, Make-A-Wish and Smart Works.
I’m used to working with teams from different disciplines, and in a sensitive manner. For example, many businesses want to sensitively address stress at work. Other companies want to provide something new for their team or are supporting initiatives such International Safety Week or International Men’s Day.
"We selected Joanne from “Health and Hart” to engage with colleagues at our busy financial service centre, following an observed increase in stress levels. After an initial consultation meeting, Joanne delivered a tailored, interactive talk. The subject was the link between food, mood and resilience. Joanne is clearly passionate about her subject, highly knowledgeable and adept at engaging people.
We observed real enthusiasm during the sessions. We have also noticed a more lasting impression afterwards, our colleagues continue to debate/compete between each other when it comes to eating smarter. Working with Health and Hart has benefited us greatly, seeing an improved atmosphere, and a measurable reduction in reported instances of high stress. Overall, we felt the exercise was so beneficial and well engaged that we facilitated a subsequent day for Joanne to return and provide individual consultations"
