My diverse experience and listening skills mean that I can understand your needs and challenges. I'll offer practical suggestions as you're releasing your inner potential.

I've always been interested in food, from when my grandparents took me for walks up their garden to pick a few raspberries,  family allotments, home grown veg and visiting local farms. In more recent years I've been learning about biodiversity and sustainability.    Eating good food with our busy lives is a balancing act and I'll help you enjoy your food and fuel your life as much as I can!

Physical Fitness

I've been a keen recreational runner since childhood and coached running groups in the UK and California, given talks to sports groups, and worked with individual athletes and coaches.


I teach traditional yoga and have taught yoga to runners. I have a support network of sport and health professionals who can provide additional support and motivation and I have undertaken additional sports nutrition training.
