I designed this easy-to-follow programme making use of a 2 week continuous glucose monitor (CGM) You've probably already experimented with your diet and you know that ultra processed foods aren't doing you any favours.
​
This tailored group programme will now let you trial out a CGM with some like minded curious people who are also willing to share some of their data in the group. Along the way we'll clean up our diet and consider ways to remove ultra processed foods which are a common source of sugars

STARTS 1st March - Kick off webinar 2nd March 1pm (recorded if you can't attend, but more fun if you can!)

w/b 1st March - Start using the sensor to gather data and share in the group- week 1 of sensor. This week we'll start sorting out our cupboards and getting wise about ultra processed foods.

w/b 8th March - Start changing habits - week 2 of sensor, and we'll add in real foods.

Process and Terms and Conditions:

- Check the exclusions below before paying for the programme (see below).​
- EXCLUSIONS: You'll need to sign and confirm that you are fit to do the programme. Sorry you cannot take part if you have an eating disorder, a suspected eating disorder, an addiction or similar, pregnancy, recent pregnancy, kidney disease, diabetes or cancer. I will send you a form when I get payment.

- If you have other health issues or medications you need to check with your doctor before doing a programme and changing your diet.
- When you pay for the programme I'll send you a discount code to purchase a CGM (additional fee), so that we all have the same one. I recommend that you order it straight away. If you sign up to the programme at a late stage or there are postage problems then you will need to join the Facebook group and use your sensor when you get it. Sorry I can't control the post or delivery time.
-NOTE: You need an Iphone to download the App, if you have Android then please message me and you can join but will need a different monitor (similar cost). [The App works on iOS only, with iPhone 11 or higher, running iOS 15.2 or higher. Apple Watch, iPad, Tablets and Android aren’t supported]
- If you experience software or hardware issues you'll need to contact them directly. If you have specific questions about suitability e.g. pacemaker then please contact them on the website. Please let me know if you do contact them.
- Please note that this is a group programme so I can't give 1-1 advice as I don't have your full history, but you can book consultations. We will learn from each other, I will give plenty of group advice and handouts.

As a nutritional therapist, yoga teacher and coach specialising in health and sport, I offer a unique blend of scientific knowledge and practical experience. This allows me to support both metabolic health issues (such as belly fat, diabetes risk, and cholesterol concerns) and digestive health issues (examples include bloating, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and reflux), which often contribute to the uncomfortable belly feeling that many runners and fitness enthusiasts experience.

I have worked as a nutritional therapist for over 10 years and a yoga teacher for 15 years. I've worked with 1-1 clients, corporate clients (including Heathrow, IKEA, Microsoft, Nuffield Health and Bracknell & Wokingham college), people in gyms and in the community.
