Terms and Conditions 5.02.25
 

1. I understand that the Continuous Glucose Monitor is an additional cost and if there are any issues with it or the software I need to contact the manufacturer. When you pay for the programme Joanne will send you a link to purchase it. Please get the same one as everyone else.  You don't have to use it during the programme but will learn more if you do and are able to share.

2. I understand that this programme is NOT suitable for pregnancy or recent pregnancy, diabetes type 1 or 2, cancer, those with eating disorders or suspected eating disorders, addiction or similar or kidney disease.

3. If I have health conditions or take medications I have checked with my doctor that I can do this programme.

4. I understand there are no refunds unless Sugar Sense is cancelled.

5. I agree to join the Health and Hart mailing list, and to also receive emails during Sugar Sense.

6. I am aged 18 years and above.

7. I understand that information provided is for educational purposes and does not replace medical advice.

8. I have access to Facebook to access the materials via the group.

9. 1-1 support can be provided via additional services, please contact Joanne to find out more about this at any stage, before, during or after the programme.

10. I agree to share CGM screen shots from my phone in the facebook group

11. I realise that this isn't a meal plan telling me what to eat and when, the information is about making improvements to our diets by reducing ultra processed foods and understanding glucose.
