I offer you help to identify what is getting in the way, and simple ways to overcome the challenges as well as highlighting opportunities for fine tuning, if you're keen!
The 3 month programmes provide practical and efficient solutions using a balance of evidence based recommendations and a bit of 'what feels right' for you!
