As a degree trained BANT Registered Nutritionist ® I'll listen

to your needs and translate nutritional science and research into practical food and nutrition ideas for you.

 

I provide personalised and practical advice to support your health, sport and mind goals. I'm a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, and a Coach.
