Flexibility & Recovery for Runners


Calling All Runners!

Struggling to touch your toes, wondering how those tight hips might affect your speed, feeling a bit achy and slow to recover after runs?

You need a Flexibility & Recovery Workshop!

• You’ll learn specific yoga for runners.

• Understand options for adapting poses to suit your body and needs.

• Get feedback if you’d like it.

• Learn about nutrition to aid recovery.

• Enjoy a snack and a chat with like-minded runners.

• Opportunity to ask questions and find out about ongoing support.

We're really excited to be combining our passions for running, yoga and nutritional therapy to be able to bring this workshop to our fellow runners. Between us we have 15+ years yoga teaching experience (BWY Diplomas), a BSc Degree in Nutritional Therapy and experience of running workshops, and being running ourselves.

You do not need yoga experience, we welcome all shapes, sizes and running speeds. You will need to bring a yoga mat, gym mat or towel. Injured runners can contact us to check suitability, please get advice from your physio/GP if you are under their care. The price is £30 including a snack.

Our first workshop is on March 20th, 2pm to 5pm in Reading, if you are interested in this event or one at another time then please email us so we can keep you informed.
