Fresh Start: Your January Options

If you'd like to work with me this year then here's a summary of what you can do:

Group Activities

1) Join me for yoga classes - Wednesday evenings 7.30pm in Wokingham Town Centre- Back on 13th January

Benefits: Flexibility, time out, relaxation, breathing. Yoga has been shown to support stress and many common health problems.

2) Join me for a Wellbeing Workshop on Saturday 23rd Jan 2pm to 5pm - Wokingham Town Centre

Benefits: Set yourself up for 2016 or at least the next few months by making time for yoursef. In this interactive workshop we will look at the components of wellbeing for you, focusing in on resting and nourishing activities. You'll learn nutrition tips and go away with ideas and inspiration. Join us whether you're a regular yogi or brand new. There will be time for tea and a healthy snack.

3) Online Wellbeing Programme - Starts mid January.

Additional support for those in (1) and (2), or anyone that can't attend but would like to work with me.

Benefits: Group support, set yourself up with an accountability buddy to help you achieve your wellness goals for 2016, get additional group support from me and optional one-one consultations (4).

One to one

4) One-one consultations - Health Conditions

Clients see me for a range of reasons, from wanting healthy eating advice, support for their sport or advice for a health issue. I work with many health conditions although advertising rules restrict what we can publish on our websites... so please ask and if I can't help I will do my best to refer you to someone that can. What I can say is that I support digestion, mood, energy, hormones, heart health and so on, I see a lot of people already on medications or people that have seen the GP and are ok from that perspective but still feel that need something else.

5) One-one consultations - Sport Support

If you take part in sport, then in a nutrition consultation we can focus on your current health and optimising that and then layer on specific nutrition for your sport and training needs.

6) Personalised Programmes

If you like the sound of a 3 month or 6 month plan then I can organise that for you, I would start this with a 1-1 consultation so I can then outline a plan for you. Please ask.
