About the Location

The venue holds 12 people. The venue is here, there is a Woodland Walk so plenty of space to go for a walk in the fresh air. The house has a kitchen with dining table, a lounge and another large room with a table. Bedrooms are shared double rooms with single beds. The Wasing Estate comprises of 100 acres of land, and is 40 minutes from Reading. Yoga takes place in a custom built yoga room on the estate.

Your Hosts

Joanne Hart is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a Yoga Teacher, trained by the British Wheel of yoga and also trained in Restorative Yoga (Joanne's yoga website). Excited and motivated by food, she loves educating people and loves the combination of yoga with personalised healthy food to help support stress, boost energy and support busy lives.

Kim Pierpoint is a Yoga Teacher in the Reading area and teaches on many retreats around the UK. With bundles of energy and enthusiasm she is a competent and approachable yoga teacher, Kim's website.
