In a health & hart consultation we'll consider how external and internal stressors may be bringing imbalance to your body and mind. How stress affects you is unique; that may be due to your physiology, your perception of stress or your past experiences. Some of these stressors you can manage and perhaps some of them you can't. We'll apply problem solving to your unique situation, and then make use of nutrition and other tools to help build your resilience.
It's common knowledge that many health conditions of the body and mind are linked to stress.
