Wellbeing Workshop - Relax and Re-Energise 2016
Saturday 23rd January, 2pm to 5pm, Wokingham Town Centre
In this wellbeing workshop we'll be focusing on nourishing nutrition and resting activities for you.
- Yoga for all (Suitable for beginners).
- Includes a break with tea and a healthy snack.
- Interactive nutrition workshop - Clean up your diet for 2016, get energised and learn expert tips.
- Option to upgrade to a 1-1 nutrition consultation before or after the event.
- Option to follow an advanced programme via the online programme.

We'll enjoy foods that our body will love, learn to nourish oursevles, and create some new habits.
Learning will mainly be by facebook, with emails and an optional webinar.
Option to upgrade to 1-1 consultation, please ask for details.
